DO I PAY A COMMISSION?
Yes, only after a sale of your home has been completed. All of the terms will be disclosed in the listing agreement. Homes on average listed by a REALTOR® sell for 9 -13% higher than FSBO (For Sale By Owners).

WHY SHOULD I USE A REALTOR®?
There are many reasons why consumers should use a REALTOR®. Some of the most important and misunderstood reasons are mentioned in this section. Homes sold by individuals are usually sold for much less than by a REALTOR® according to the NAR (National Association of REALTORS®). On average homes sold by REALTORS® sell for 9-13% higher. Approximately 90% of all homes originally listed for sale by owner are sold by REALTORS®. REALTORS® work with professional title companies that ensure the closing paperwork is done correctly. REALTORS® have access to the most expansive marketing network around.

WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE?
All of our REALTORS® have experience because they are being trained from a company whose Brokers have over 30 years of combined Florida Real Estate experience. Many of our REALTORS® are native to Florida and can educate the buyers on the history behind your home and the surrounding areas.

ARE ALL REALTORS® CREATED EQUALLY?
No… unfortunately! To become a REALTOR® you have to take a course and pass a test and then take a state exam. This does not give you actual Professional Sales experience. Thankfully the leadership of MREI does come from a Professional Sales background. This is why all MREI REALTORS® are trained to be a Professional Sales Person.
